Inclusion Criteria
1.All women having 2 or more repeated controlled ovarian stimulation failure cycles.
2.Age 20-38 yrs
3.Primary or secondary infertility
4.Patency of both or either one of the tubes (HSG/Lap hysteroscopy).
5.No endometrial scratching done in previous three COS cycles.
Exclusion Criteria
1.known pelvic inflammatory disease
2.Bilateral tubal blockage
3.Intrauterine pathology (submucosal fibroid, endometrial polyp, adhesions, Ashermanâ??s syndrome, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus)
4.Women with acute vaginal and cervical infection
5.Endometriosis and hydrosalpinx
