Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients willing to practice pranayama regimen
- •2\. Patients practicing pranayama regimen minimum 5 days per week at home
- •3\. Patients willing to fill the headache diary
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Hypertension, coronary artery disease, recent abdominal/ thoracic surgery,
- •2\. Psychiatric illness or conditions affecting communication with the patient
- •3\. Patients already practicing pranayama
- •4\. Previous bad experience with pranayama
