Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients willing to practice pranayama regimen
  • •2\. Patients practicing pranayama regimen minimum 5 days per week at home
  • •3\. Patients willing to fill the headache diary

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Hypertension, coronary artery disease, recent abdominal/ thoracic surgery,
  • •2\. Psychiatric illness or conditions affecting communication with the patient
  • •3\. Patients already practicing pranayama
  • •4\. Previous bad experience with pranayama
