Elderly patients aged 65 years or older who are scheduled for total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia
(1) Age less than 65 years old, over 100 years old
(2) When grip strength cannot be measured with both hands due to musculoskeletal disorders
(3) In case of allergic to the drug used in the study or contraindicated
(4) In case of un-alert mental status or communication is impossible
(5) In case of reoperation in total knee arthroplasty (revision TKA)
(6) 2nd surgery when both TKA are scheduled at regular intervals with one admission
(7) In case both knees are operated simultaneously
(8) In case of ASA classification IV or higher
(9) In case of severe obesity with a body mass index of 35 kg/m2 or more
(10) Cases where accurate monitoring of hemodynamic parameters cannot be expected due to atrial fibrillation
