Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients suffering from Griva Sandhigata Vata (Pain, Stiffness in cervical region or upper arm and Restricted range of movement of Cervical region (ROM).

2.Known case of Cervical Spondylosis.

3.Patients with the age group 20-70 years, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, socio-economic status etc. will be included in the study.

4.Patient with/without HTN (blood pressure less than 140/90 mmHg) and DM (RBS less than 150 mg/dl).

5.Pain less than 5 will be included in the study

Exclusion Criteria

1.Age below 20 years and above 70 years.

2.Tuberculosis of cervical spine & malignancy.

3.Fracture of Cervical Spine.

4.Other diseases like cardiac diseases, renal diseases and endocrine diseases, and severe Anemia, and immunosuppressive disorders.

5.Pregnant and lactating women.

6.Patient with/without HTN (greater than 140/90 mmHg) and patient had DM with uncontrolled RBS (greater than 150mg/dl) due to vulnerability.

7.Pain greater than 5 will be excluded from the study.
