Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Any medical professionals completely naïve to neonatal resuscitation and can spare full working hours of a day in groups for training and subsequent assessment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Candidate who have done any form of neonatal resuscitation in the past will be excluded.
- •2\.Candidates developing VR sickness during training will also be excluded
