Inclusion Criteria
- •nursing officers working in aiims delhi from 0\-2 years.
- •ability to read ,write and understanding english and hindi.
- •participants who are interested and consent for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •nursing officers who are on any kind of leave.
- •nursing officers with current diagnosis of any mental health issue such as depression, anxiety or severe mental illness.
