入选标准
- •(1) diagnosis of mild to moderate COVID-19 pneumonia based on clinical manifestations, abnormal findings in computed tomography scans and confirmation by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assays from nasal and pharyngeal swab specimens;
- •(2)aged 18-80 years old;
- •(3) an index score of 50 or higher on the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS);
- •(4) an index score of 45 or higher on the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS);
- •(5) able to read and fill out the scales.
排除标准
- •(1) history of severe mental illness;
- •(2) not taking any antidepressants or anxiolytics within the one month before admission;
- •(3) serious dysfunction of heart, lung, liver or kidney;
- •(4) severe cognitive dysfunction;
- •(5) dysphasia or aphasia.
