•Married women, aged between 18-50 years.
•ï?· Diagnosed subjects with Vulvo Vaginitis with abnormal vaginal discharge with or
•without pruritus.
•ï?· Willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed written bilingual consent

•Pregnant and lactating women.
•Women with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.
•Women with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplastic Lesions.
•Subjects positive for HIV,VDRL,HBsAg.
•Systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Bronchial asthma, Allergic
•bronchitis, Pulmonary Kochâ??s.
•Severe psychiatric ailments.
•Subjects on hormonal medications for contraception or regulation of menstruation.
•Subjects who have had antibiotic coverage within 1 month, corticosteroids for less
•than past 6 months.
