Inclusion Criteria
Age related senile cataract
Corneal astigmatism 1.50 to 3D
No ocular contraindication
No systemic contraindication
Exclusion Criteria
Astigmatism < 1.50D and > 3.00D
Corneal thickness < 500µm
Complicated cataract
Posterior segment pathology
Irregular corneal astigmatism (scars, pellucid marginal degeneration, keratoconus)
Systemic conditions (collagen vascular disease, immunosuppresion ,diabetes mellitus)
