Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients posted for elective non\-malignant
  • •abdominal surgery
  • •2\.Patients of age \> 18 years of either gender
  • •belonging to ASA I,II \&III class.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.Emergency surgery
  • •3\.Prolonged surgeries extending beyond 4 hours
  • •4\.Missing data on age, loss to follow\-up
  • •5\.Pregnancy
  • •6\.General anesthesia given as rescue after failed spinal anesthesia
