Inclusion Criteria
1. Children belonging to the age group of one and half to three and half months who will be coming to the Urban Health Training Centre at Ghazipur for vaccination.
2. Mothers who are already breastfeeding, or on predominant breastfeeding
Exclusion Criteria
1. Mother is on anti-neoplastic, immuno-suppressant or anti-psychotic medications.
2. Mother not accompanying the child.
3. Child appearing very sick.
4. Child suffering from congenital malformations like cleft palate.
