Inclusion Criteria: All cases presenting and being admitted to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, New Delhi with signs of Rhino-orbital Mucormycosis/ Rhino- orbital cerebral mucormycosis with posterior segment ocular involvement.
1 Microbiologically / histopathologically confirmed cases of Rhino-orbital Mucormycosis/ Rhino-orbital cerebral mucormycosis.
2 Imaging suggestive of invasive fungal sinusitis with orbital involvement.
3 Posterior segment ocular involvement not explained by any other systemic disease
4 Normal Carotid Doppler/ echocardiography study.
Presence of any significant media opacity that precludes a clear view of the fundus on fundus photography and FFA

Name Time Method To describe Vitreal, Retinal, and Choroidal features using spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), color fundus photography, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and ultrasonography in eyes affected Rhino-orbital Mucor mycosis (ROM).Timepoint: At the time of enrolment and then weekly till 4 weeks

Name Time Method 1 To study the pattern of progression/regression of ROM using serial color fundus photography and spectral domain optical coherence tomography <br/ ><br>2 Histopathological and radiological correlation of posterior segment findings as imaged on various devices.Timepoint: At the time of enrolment and then weekly till 4 weeks
