- •Inclusion Criteria: All cases presenting and being admitted to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, New Delhi with signs of Rhino-orbital Mucormycosis/ Rhino- orbital cerebral mucormycosis with posterior segment ocular involvement.
- •1 Microbiologically / histopathologically confirmed cases of Rhino-orbital Mucormycosis/ Rhino-orbital cerebral mucormycosis.
- •2 Imaging suggestive of invasive fungal sinusitis with orbital involvement.
- •3 Posterior segment ocular involvement not explained by any other systemic disease
- •4 Normal Carotid Doppler/ echocardiography study.
排除标准
- •Presence of any significant media opacity that precludes a clear view of the fundus on fundus photography and FFA
