Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged of 3-7 years undergoing surgeries in elective operation theatre with ASA physical status I-III
Exclusion Criteria
1.Developmental disabilities or on psychoactive medications
2.Impaired vision or hearing or language barriers
3.Children with history of previous Anesthetic exposure, chronic disease, prematurity, and growth retardation

Name Time Method Preoperative anxiety using mYPAS score from baseline till 20 min post premedication with oral midazolamTimepoint: 5 minutes post arrival to preoperative room, <br/ ><br>at the end of 6 minutes of play, <br/ ><br>at 20 minutes post oral midazolam while shifting to operation theatre.
