Inclusion Criteria
1.Whitish or yellowish Complexion of face and skin
2.Pedal edema.
3.Hb% in the range of 8-12 mg % in males and 8-10 mg % in females
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with Hemoglobin less than 8 mg %
2.Patients with history of Acute Blood loss.
3.Patients with chronic diseases requiring long term treatment.
4.Pregnant and lactating women
