Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults (> 18 years) male or female patient;
2. Detection of SARS-CoV2 in the nose or throat swab or in the bronchoalveolar lavage;
3. Need for intensive care therapy in the intensive care unit;
4. Ability to consent, either personally or through an authorized person/proxy
Exclusion Criteria
1. children <18 years;
2. Patients with congenital immune defects;
3. Patients with pre-existing cognitive impairment
