- •patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I - III,undergoing uni-port VATS lobectomy under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.A history of allergic reaction to local anesthetic
- •2.Coagulopathy
- •3.Local infection at the injection site
- •4.Systemic infection.
- •5.Neuropsychiatric patients
- •6.Patients with chronic pain or chronic opioid used
- •7.Re-do VATs operation
- •8.uncooperated or uncommunicated patients
