Inclusion Criteria
ASA class I, II
scheduled for surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
BMI more then 30
History of trauma or burn to face, neck, and upper part of chest
Craniofacial deformity
Mass or tumor over neck, face or in oral cavity
Not able to sit for airway examination
History of pathological restricted neck movement like in cervical spondylitis
Severely restricted mouth opening like in lock jaw
Pregnant patient
