Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing elective hip surgery at Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya.
  • •2\.Patients of both sexes aged between 18 to 60 years. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status grade 1 and grade 2
  • •3\.Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with cardio vascular or cerebro vascular or peripheral vascular disease.
  • •2\.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or bleeding disorders or local infection at needle insertion site.
  • •3\.ASA III and ASA IV.
  • •4\.Patients allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
