1.Patients undergoing elective hip surgery at Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya.
2.Patients of both sexes aged between 18 to 60 years. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status grade 1 and grade 2
3.Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.
1.Patients with cardio vascular or cerebro vascular or peripheral vascular disease.
2.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or bleeding disorders or local infection at needle insertion site.
3.ASA III and ASA IV.
4.Patients allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
