Inclusion Criteria
Age between 18 and 50 years; sign the Informed Consent Form
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of disease of cardiovascular origin; neurological or auditory disease; cleft lips and/or palate; facial or rib fractures; upper airway obstruction at the time of collection; severe kidney disorders; untreated pneumothorax; being a smoker; having performed previous speech therapy; not completing all stages of the study
