入选标准
- •1. Age group of 18-40 years.
- •2. Symptomatic unilateral or bilateral Endometriomas.
- •3. Mean diameter of endometrioma > 4cm.
- •4. Willingness to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Previous surgery for endometrioma. Poor ovarian reserve in preoperative evaluation ( Serum AMH < 3ng/ml)
- •2. Any contraindication for laparoscopic surgery
