All consecutive patients with mild to moderate acquired blepharoptosis requiring surgery.All consecutive patients with age > 7 years will be included.
All patients willing to participate in surgery and undergo clinical photograph and follow up till 12 weeks will be included.
Patients with history of previous eyelid surgery will be excluded
Patients refusing consent for surgery will be excluded
Patients with untreated systemic disease will be excluded
Patients not willing to follow up till the duration of study
Patients with positive phenylephrine test
