1.ASA physical status I - III , receiving general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
2.Scheduled to undergo elective surgery
3.anticipated to have difficult intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients with high risk of gastric regurgitation
2. pregnant patients
