- •b.Patients planned for thyroid or parathyroid surgery.
排除标准
- •a.Patient refusal
- •b.Thyroid gland diameter more than 8 cm
- •c.Retrosternal goitre
- •d.Anticipated lymph node dissection
- •e.Patients on beta blockers
- •f.Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •g.Patients with a history of bronchial asthma
- •h.Patients with renal impairment (eGFR less than 30 ml/min/1.73 m2)
