Inclusion Criteria
Radical prostatectomy with nerve sparing; Age less than or equal to 75 years; Preserved libido; IIEF-5 of at least 18 (International Index of Erectile Function; stable relationship for at least three months.
Exclusion Criteria
uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; hypogonadism; uncontrolled psychiatric condition; pelvic radiotherapy or androgen deprivation therapy; complications in the postoperative period with surgical intervention (Clavien-Dindo> II).
