•Patients having symptom of Grahani (amavastha), i.e. Muhu baddha / drava / Durgandhita / Pichchhila Mal pravriti, Aruchi, Udara Shoola, Vistambha, Praseka, Gaurava, etc. and Irritable Bowel Syndrome are considered.
•Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and chronicity will be selected for the study.
•Both fresh and treated cases would be taken for the study.

•Patient aged <20 years or >50 years will be excluded.
•Pregnant or lactating women will be excluded.
•Only diarrhea and only constipation dominant patients will be excluded.
•Patients with severe complications viz. CAD, GIT disorders, CHF, CRF will be excluded.
•Patients having tuberculosis and malignancy are not supposed to be taken for study.
•Intestinal Obstruction, Chornâ??s disease, Ulcerative Colitis are excluded.
•Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and uncontrolled Hypertension.
