Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Inclusion Criteria:
  • •1\- Fifteen to forty five years old patients
  • •2\- Proficiency in Persian and being able to read and write
  • •3\- Having hand injury that undergoing operating for the first time
  • •4\- Maximum post\-admission time of 24 hours for the surgery
  • •Exclusion criteria:
  • •1\- History of known mental illness
  • •2\- Consumption of anti–anxiety and opioid drugs
  • •3\-Having minor injuries like finger tip injuries and sever injuries like hand amputation.
