Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and 2 undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with mouth opening of less three finger breadth
Patient with Mallampati grade III & amp; IV
Patients with Thyromental distance of less than 5cm
Patients with restricted extension and flexion at atlanto-occipital joint
Patients with restricted neck movements
Patients with head and neck injuries
Morbidly obese patients with BMI of more than 30
Pregnant patients and patients at risk for aspiration
