Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA 1 and 2 undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with mouth opening of less three finger breadth
  • •Patient with Mallampati grade III \& amp; IV
  • •Patients with Thyromental distance of less than 5cm
  • •Patients with restricted extension and flexion at atlanto\-occipital joint
  • •Patients with restricted neck movements
  • •Patients with head and neck injuries
  • •Morbidly obese patients with BMI of more than 30
  • •Pregnant patients and patients at risk for aspiration
