Inclusion Criteria
•All gender individuals within the age group of 36 -55 years.(middle aged)
•Normal healthy individuals
•Subjects who can follow commands.
Exclusion Criteria
•Recent fracture or injury to dominant hand
•Acute illness
•Subjects with neurological conditions, cognitive impairments, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in dominant hand.
