Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All conditions are met
- •1\. stomach neoplasm patient who are supposed to undergo gastrectomy
- •2\. age : 20\-70 years old
- •3\. clinical stage T1N0 or T2N0
- •4\. voluntarily signed in informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any of conditions is met
- •1\. bleeding tendency or antiplatelt/anticoagulation medication in recent 3 months
- •2\. uncontrolled DM
- •3\. Parkinsonism or other neurologic disease
- •4\. previous upper abdominal surgery
