Inclusion Criteria
All conditions are met
1. stomach neoplasm patient who are supposed to undergo gastrectomy
2. age : 20-70 years old
3. clinical stage T1N0 or T2N0
4. voluntarily signed in informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Any of conditions is met
1. bleeding tendency or antiplatelt/anticoagulation medication in recent 3 months
2. uncontrolled DM
3. Parkinsonism or other neurologic disease
4. previous upper abdominal surgery
