Inclusion Criteria
Ages 18 ~ 70
ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class 1-3
Ability to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to midazolam or propofol
ASA class 4 or 5
Unable to give informed consent
Pregnant women
Pre-existing hypotension (systolic BP < 90mmHg)
Pre-existing bradycardia (HR < 50 bpm), hypoxemia (SpO2 < 90%)
Acute respiratory illness
Recent otorhinolaryngologic surgery
