入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria
- •-20 years to 70 years
- •-clinically diagnosed for nonalcoholic liver disease
- •-diagnosed for fatty liver by ultrasonography or CT
- •-serum ALT or AST is greater than 40 IU/L
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •-alcohol intake (> 140g/week in man, >70g/week in woman)
- •-diabetes requiring insulin therapy
- •-immuno-suppressive therapy (ex. steroid)
- •-serum creatinine of 5.0 mg/dL or greater
- •-hepatitis B as defined by presence of hepatitis B surface antigen
- •-hepatitis C as defined by presence of HCV-RNA or positive hepatitis C antibody
- •-any suspicion of other liver disease such as autoimmune hepatitis
