- •Scheduled to undergo elective perineal surgeries - circumcision, hypospadiasis, PUJ fulgration, chordee repair

- •Parent refusal
- •History of allergic reactions to local anesthetics
- •Bleeding diatheses
- •Rash or Infection at the injection site
- •Anatomical spinal abnormality
- •Liver diseases
