Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Aged 6 months to 6 year
  • •(ASA) physical status I \- II
  • •Scheduled to undergo elective perineal surgeries \- circumcision, hypospadiasis, PUJ fulgration, chordee repair

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Parent refusal
  • •History of allergic reactions to local anesthetics
  • •Bleeding diatheses
  • •Rash or Infection at the injection site
  • •Anatomical spinal abnormality
  • •Liver diseases
