Inclusion Criteria: All officially diagnosed Amphetamin abusers due to DSM-IV-TR criteria which should be hospitalized; Entery to study should be at least after 10 days of hospitalization which response to treatmet has already began; At the time of entery patient should have no sign of psychosis or any problem which can affect his judgment; Age range between 20 to 45 years; Ability to read and write for the intervention requiers that; Patient officially declare his tendency to participate in the study; Patient has no comorbid psychiatric disorder via amphetamin abuse; Patient has not been participated in Narcotic Annonymous or such groups before entery to this study.
Exclusion criteria: Early discharge during the intervention or before end of the study; Any sign of psychosis which can affect patinet's judgment during the study; Patinet's tendency to quit the study; Declring comorbid psychiatric disorder via Amphetamin abuse by a psychiatrist during the study.
