individuals aged at least 30 years; both sexes; with clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis of
hip uni or bilateral; sedentary in the last 6 months
individuals with hip and / or knee arthroplasty, whether total or partial;
rheumatoid arthritis, neurological, cardiovascular and / or pulmonary diseases that can compromise
execution of the exercise protocol. Discontinuation criteria: discontinuation of
individuals who did not attend two or more sessions and / or those who gave up
participate in the study during the intervention.

Name Time Method Check whether there is a difference in the level of pain between the groups, quantified using the visual analogue pain scale (VAS);Check whether there is a difference between groups in functional mobility, verified using the Time up and Go test (TUG) and the six-minute walk test (6MWT);Check whether there is a difference in quality of life between groups, assessed using the WOMAC questionnaire
