Inclusion Criteria
Age – 18 to 60 years.
Patients of either sex.
Patient of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head either unilateral or Bilateral upto 3nd stage.
Chronicity :- 0 to 5 years.
Patient Yogya for Basti karma.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient below the age of 18 years and above the 60 years will be excluded in this clinical study.
Patient with Grade 4 AVN.
Chronicity of more than 5 years.
Patient having systemic disease like uncontrolled HTN and DM, Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, Severe lung disease.
Pregnant and Lactating women.
Patient Ayogya for Basti karma.
