简要总结
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of customised visuomotor training training program on tactical skills and game performance in athletes. The study is a randomized, parallel group controlled trail design involving competitive athletes. Participants will be randomly allocated to an experimental group receiving a 12 week visuomotor training program using a sports vision trainer with randomized light stimuli, conducted twice weekly, or to a control group continuing their regular training. Cognitive functions including inhibitory control, cognitive flexibility , reaction time and decision time will be assessed using Stroop test, Wisconsin Card Sorting test, and reaction based measures. Tactical skill and game performance will be evaluated at baseline and after completion of the intervention. The study aims to determine whether structured visuomotor training can improve cognitive processing and enhance tactical decision making in sports performance.
