Inclusion Criteria
1. ICU survivors
2. Above 18 years of age
3. Either gender
4. ICU stay of more than 4 days
5. Either mechanically ventilated or not
6. Persons with an able bodied bystander/ caregiver
Exclusion Criteria
1. Persons not ambulant prior to ICU admission
2. Persons advised immobilization post trauma
3. Persons suffering from neurological conditions compromising balance and ambulation ability
4. Persons experienced more than 2 falls in the past 6 months
5. Persons who cannot follow commands
