- •Individuals who are diagnosed with young onset T2DM
- •-Physically Inactive Individuals (Less than 150 minutes of physical activity)
排除标准
- •-Individuals with T1DM
- •-Individuals with latent autoimmune diabetes (LADA) in adults or gestational diabetes
- •-Ongoing Pregnancy
- •-Any neurological or musculoskeletal, neurovascular or cardiovascular disease which is contraindicated to exercise
- •-Any systemic infections
- •-Known psychiatric condition
