Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals who are diagnosed with young onset T2DM
  • •\-Physically Inactive Individuals (Less than 150 minutes of physical activity)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Individuals with T1DM
  • •\-Individuals with latent autoimmune diabetes (LADA) in adults or gestational diabetes
  • •\-Ongoing Pregnancy
  • •\-Any neurological or musculoskeletal, neurovascular or cardiovascular disease which is contraindicated to exercise
  • •\-Any systemic infections
  • •\-Known psychiatric condition
