- •1.assisted vaginal delivery with episiotomy
- •2.intra partum complications like convulsion,PPH,MRP,inversion of uterus and third degree perineal tear
- •3.patient having preexisting or PIH,DM,HTN,TB,thrombocytopenia,severe anaemia,STD and immunocompromised patients
