1. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I and II
2. Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Diabetes mellitus
2. Jaundice, severe hepatic or renal disease
3. Body mass index >= 30kg/m2
4. Pregnant females
