- The intervention group are teachers who may have various health impairments, such as back pain or sleep disorders. These are compared with teachers who potentially have similar impairments but do not participate in the intervention in Bad Brückenau.

Inclusion Criteria
Teachers who are currently in active school service and do not have any manifest mental illnesses are included in the survey in phases I and II.
Therapists who carry out the intervention in Bad Brückenau are the target group for phase II.
Exclusion Criteria
Student teachers and retired/retired teachers and teachers with manifest, mental illnesses.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Phase I will elicit the needs and wants for an intervention to strengthen health resources among teachers. This is an exploratory survey.<br>Primary questions are:<br>- What is the health situation of Bavarian teachers, including health-related resources?<br>- What is the need for a health promotion intervention for the target group?<br>- What are the relevant needs of the target group with regard to an offer?

Name Time Method Secondary questions:<br>(How) does the self-assessed state of health change over the course of the 4 data collection points?<br>How do central physical, psychological and psychosomatic complaints (e.g. pain, sleep disorders, exhaustion, etc.) change over the course of the 4 survey periods?<br>How does the use of coping strategies change over the course of the 4 survey time points?<br>How does coping with work stress change over the course of the 4 survey time points?<br>How does the self-assessment of work ability change over the course of the 4 survey points?<br>Which central aspects are to be considered on the basis of the results from phase I and II, in order to transfer the concept successfully to further health resorts and spas in Bavaria?
