Conditions
In this study, participants with normal health conditions and had no health risk. All the participants would be university students, they are attending their classes regularly. the participants score high on social media addiction and this issue is being problematic for their academic performance.

Inclusion Criteria

Participants with social media addiction would be included in this study. University students enrolled in BS program would participate.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants having no access to social media/internet would not be part of the study. Students not enrolled in BS program would be excluded.
