Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •] Patient willing to participate in this trial through written informed conscent.
  • •b] Age between 30\-70 years
  • •c] Patient having signs and symptoms of karnabadhirya (sensorineural hearing loss
  • •mild \- moderate)
  • •d] Senile deafness

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Congenital hearing loss
  • •b} Patients having CSOM, perforated tympanic membrane etc.
  • •c} Conductive and mixed deafness
  • •d} Otosclerosis
  • •e} Patients suffering from other disease like diabetes mellitus, hypertension
