ASA I & II patients undergoing orthopaedic femur surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs,
Pregnant and lactating women,
History of bleeding disorders/ coagulation defects,
BMI : >35 and < 18,
