- •Rechazo a anestesia regional, septicemia, bacteriemia, infección cutánea en el sitio de punción, hipovolemia severa, coagulopatía, anticoagulación terapéutica, no supresión del clopidogrel o ticlopidino, período inferior a 12 horas desde la última administración de heparina de bajo peso molecular, elevación de la PIC, psicosis, demencia, enfermedades desmielinizantes del SNC, estenosis aórtica significativa, estenosis subaórtica hipertrófica idiopática, grado IV de la clasificación ASA, IMC>32.
