- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected outcome 1 - Increase in muscle strength, verified by means of handgrip dynamometry, from the observation of a variation of at least 1kg/force in the pre and post intervention measurements.;Expected outcome 2 - Improvement of metabolic indicators: fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triglycerides, cholesterol (HDL, LDL and total cholesterol), verified by means of serum dosage (blood test), from the finding of variation in pre and post intervention measures in relation to the reference values for each of the evaluated indicators.;Expected outcome 3 - Improvement in quality of life, verified through the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the values obtained by the questionnaire domain in the pre and post intervention measurements.
