The subjective and objective parameters in terms of signs and symptoms
Bleeding, spotting per vaginum (P/V) less or equal to 2 days
Infrequent menses at interval longer than 35 days or scanty bleeding with irregular cycle for at least 2cycles
Reproductive age of 16 to 40 years
Both married and unmarried women
Patient with systemic disorder like TB hypertension bronchial asthma diabetes mellitus etc
Congenital abnormalities which causes hypomenorrhea or oligomenorrhea
Patient with severe aneamia Hb less than 7gm/dl
Women on OCP IUCDs
Age above 40 years
