- •All of the following conditions must be met:
- •i) The injured or ill person is in Ibaraki Prefecture and an emergency call has been made.
- •ii) The person is in cardiac arrest upon arrival of the ambulance crew at the scene.
- •iii) The person is 18 years of age or older.
排除标准
- •When there is no one on site who can make decisions regarding how to respond to a patient's sudden change in condition.
