Non specific low back pain, persons that suffered at least two low back pain in last year that need to medical attention or limit their activity.
Average pain in rest 3 to 6 according to numerical pain rating scale.
Age between 18 to 55 years old.
Ability of participant to learn and do motor control exercises and external focus exercises.
Not forbidden to do therapeutic exercises (like advance cardio-respiratory diseases)
No visible deformity in spinal column, pelvis and lower limb.
No autoimmune diseases.
Sensory and motor health of upper and lower extremities.
Pregnancy.
Any dissatisfaction or non-participation of patients.
Injury to extremities or lower back.
Any disease that disrupts research process.
Absence more than 3 session continuously in exercise therapy sessions.

Name Time Method Pain, according to numerical rating pain scale. Timepoint: At the baseline (before the first session) and after the last session of intervention (16th session). Method of measurement: Numerical Pain Rating Scale.

Name Time Method Thickness of lumbar multifidus, transverse abdominis, internal oblique muscles. Timepoint: At the baseline (before the first session) and after the last session of intervention (after 16th session). Method of measurement: By sonography SonoAce R7.;Functional disability. Timepoint: At the baseline (before the first session) and after the last session of intervention (after 16th session). Method of measurement: Oswestry disability index questionnaire.;Kinesiophobia. Timepoint: At the baseline (before the first session) and after the last session of intervention (after 16th session). Method of measurement: Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale.;Fear Avoidance Beliefs.
