入选标准
- •1) patients of age 18-30 years
- •2) Patients aware of the nature of physiological hyperpigmentation of their gums and who requested for improvement of their gingival appearance.
- •3) Patients with the presence of mild to severe physiological melanin pigmentation of the gingiva in either maxilla or mandible.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with systemic diseases that can interfere with healing and medically compromised conditions.
- •2) Pregnancy.
- •3) History of post surgical keloids.
- •4) Smoking.
- •5) Acute gingival and periodontal diseases.
- •6) Pathologically pigmented lesions of gingiva.
